We offer a 100% guarantee against breakage, due to normal wear and tear, on all Ngozi beaded necklaces, cuffs, bracelets, earrings, and beaded accessories. Call us to inquire about how to send your jewelry to us and we will repair or replace your piece at little or no charge to you.

Ngozi Design can also repair your broken beaded necklaces, bracelets, cuffs and earrings not made by Ngozi. We’ll restring, redesign, tighten, clean or replace missing beads (depending on bead availability), clasps and earring posts. We’ll even convert your earrings from pierced to clip on.
